This page explains how to delete your AI Language Tutor account and the personal data associated with it, in accordance with Google Play's account-deletion requirements and the GDPR right to erasure (Art. 17).

You can delete your AI Language Tutor account directly from the app:
The in-app flow is the fastest and does not require us to verify your identity manually.
If you cannot access the app — for example, you uninstalled it or lost device access — email support@ailanguagetutor.app with the subject "Account deletion request".
To process your request, we may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account. This typically includes the email address you used to register and, if applicable, the approximate date of your last sign-in.
When your account is deleted, we delete or irreversibly anonymize:

Your account is deactivated immediately: all your sessions are revoked and you can no longer sign in to it. All data listed above is hard-deleted automatically 30 days after the request (after your identity is verified for email requests). The deactivated account cannot be restored by signing in again; if you deleted it by mistake, contact support before the 30 days are over. We do not send a separate email when the hard deletion completes; contact support if you want confirmation.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future renewals, you must also cancel your subscription separately:
If you used Sign in with Apple, when you delete your account we ask Apple to revoke our app's authorization. This works only if you have signed in with Apple at least once since October 2026 with an app version that supports it, because that is when we started keeping the token Apple requires for revocation; the request is best-effort. In every case, you can also revoke our app's access from your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → AI Language Tutor → Stop using Sign in with Apple.
